Quality and consistency are maintained through rigorous and mature quality management systems, which are ISO 9001:2015 certified. Our bespoke ERP system captures and monitors over 600 checkpoints throughout the production process from the base unit acceptance to the final pre-delivery inspections, providing a thorough and up to the minute overview of the production process ensuring a final product which is consistent and in line with the independent certification.

Material details, heat numbers, serial numbers, test certificates, non destructive testing, inspection results and process rework details are all compiled with photographic evidence to offer a full and traceable audit trail of the production process for every vehicle.

CERTIFIED IN GERMANY

To enhance vehicle survivability, we aim to optimize the trade off between protection and mobility. Identifying the optimum balance between mobility, protection and affordability requires a commitment to continuous investment in R&D.

To achieve this, we commit over 8% of sales revenue to research and development projects. These projects include concept analysis, prototypes and testing programs.

We operate the latest blast and ballistic simulation software to allow in house validation of designs prior to live fire testing of vehicles or components. With a database of hundreds of materials and explosives to choose from, we have the ability to simulate a large range of threats against vehicles or other structures, including architectural structures.

We entered the automotive industry over 20 years ago. Starting with production facilities in Germany and later expanding to the Middle East.
At GermanTec Automotive we don’t compromise when it comes to the safety of our vehicles and its occupants. Only the highest quality and certified materials are used during the armouring of GermanTec vehicles. All vehicles, components, opaques or transparencies, are tested and certified to the most stringent German ballistic standards and all accessories used in the vehicle adhere to the applicable OEM standards. Our approach to coachwork and armouring is continuously adapted to ever-changing technology. We review and enhance our production process and armouring techniques striving for continuous improvement towards reaching the ultimate goal of functionality, safety and security.
